Vicky was a citizen living within the Seattle quarantine zone after the Cordyceps brain infection outbreak.
At some point, she joined the Washington Liberation Front and served with Kent in their fight against the Seraphites. Around April 2038, Vicky was due to switch out with Kent and patrol the marina for Seraphite presence. However, Kent hoped for them both to be stationed away from the island. He wrote a note for her at the marina expressing his thoughts on the matter and his plan to ask Isaac Dixon for a transfer. The request was accepted and Vicky did not go to the marina to receive the note Kent left her.[2]
