At some point before 2038, Harper joined the Seraphites as a soldier and lived on the island a short boat ride from Seattle. She rose to a high enough rank that he was given command of a group of soldiers and regularly fought against the Washington Liberation Front (WLF).[1]
Events of The Last of Us Part II[]
In March, 2038, Harper successfully raided a WLF compound with her team. Lucia learned of this, deciding to see that Marcus ensure Harper and her family were given the ribs from the latest venison ration in April as a reward for their actions..[1]
