Astrid is a character in The Last of Us Part II. She is a resident of Jackson and serves as a patrolman for the community under Maria Miller's leadership.[1]
Biography[]
Astrid has lived in Jackson since 2034.[2] After infected hordes began forming in the surrounding area, especially during winter months, Astrid volunteered to become a patrolman. She had numerous duties, notably to scout out locations where infected were increasing in numbers, to confront and kill them and also to recruit any survivors for the community.[1]
Over the years, she patrolled with several people, notably Bonnie, Fred, and Rebecca. However, she partnered with Jesse the most, predominantly patrolling the Elk Creek trail with him. It was with Jesse she also encountered and killed several runners and clickers, indicating she and Jesse were confident in confronting and fighting infected where other patrolmen would prefer to avoid them.[2]
On March 3rd, 2038, Astrid was scheduled to patrol Wilson Valley with Fred.[2]
