Biography[]
Steven was a resident of Seattle, Washington. He worked as the superior to Doctor Kayla Higashi at Lakehill Seattle Hospital. During the early days of the Cordyceps brain infection outbreak, Steven made Kayla work near the trauma unit housing the stage 1 infected patients. She saw how the patients all lost their sanity and how the soldiers were containing them in their rooms. Suffering a mental breakdown, Kayla requested Steven relieve her from her duties.[2]
