Trivia[]
- While the US 50 State quarters represent a real numismatic program minted from 1999 through 2008, the coins in the game differ from their real-world counterparts in several ways. Most notably, none of the in-game reverse designs match the real-world reverse designs. Additionally, one coin, the Virginia Coin, has a different mint year in the game; 1978 instead of 2000. This is also the only coin whose mint year is mentioned in dialogue (once by Abby[1] and once by Jerry Anderson[2]), it is possible this dialogue was recorded before the decision was made to use 50 State quarters in the game.
