At some point after the Cordyceps brain infection outbreak, Alison was in the Seattle quarantine zone and disliked living under FEDRA and the military's rule. She joined the militia group known as the Washington Liberation Front and worked under the leaders, Jason and Emma Patterson. She committed acts of sedition and also murdered a FEDRA officer. The latter action led Sergeant Ward to deem her a priority target to capture and kill within the city.[1]
