Davis was a soldier in the Washington Liberation Front. In April, 2038, his commanding officer Mike left him a note ordering him to check all the former WLF safe houses created during FEDRA's rule to gather supplies to bring back to their new outpost at the Serevena Hotel. However, Mike noted he need not look for gas as Mike's patrol were gathering that.[1]
