Lucia is a character mentioned in The Last of Us Part II. She is a member of the Seraphites and supported the Prophet.[1]

Background and early life[]
At some point before 2038, Lucia joined the Seraphites and lived on the island a short boat ride from Seattle. She rose to a high enough rank that she was given the responsibility to decide how much food members of the Seraphites could receive on the island. She typically left a written message for Marcus to distribute the food, imploring he act in the Proophet's name.[1]
Events of The Last of Us Part II[]
In April 2038, Lucia sent Marcus a note ordering he ensure the venison from a recent hunt was distributed to the people they desired it to go to. Lucia declared the rump was for Elder Duncan, the sirloin was for Elder Constance, and the backstrap for Walter as a reward for his successful harvest. Meanwhile, Harper would get the ribs for her family as she successfully raided a Washington Liberation Front compound in March and the remainder was for Teacher Lyra's family. Lucia did give Marcus a choice over who would receive the antlers.
Lucia also reminded him that they were expecting Ezra to forge new boning knives for them and that August could have the hide if they ensured Ezra kept up the agreement.[1]
