Sam lived in Seattle. He was a member of the Washington Liberation Front and was in charge of a team. In April, 2038, he was assigned with Nora Harris and Whitney Sato to retrieving all accessible supplies from the Lakehill Seattle Hospital. He wrote a note for his team listing all the necessary supplies to take and ordering them to search for supplies throughout the second floor but insisted they all avoid the lower levels, given the heavy infected presence down there.[1]
