Trevor is a minor character in The Last of Us: American Dreams and is later mentioned in The Last of Us: Left Behind. He is a member of the Fireflies[1] and a confidante of Marlene's.

Events of American Dreams[]
After Marlene, Riley and the surviving Fireflies killed the bandits that ambushed them in their hideout, Riley insisted on joining the Fireflies and their cause. Marlene threatened her with a gun, as Trevor held Ellie back. When it appeared that Riley was in danger, Ellie bit Trevor's hand and stole his gun.[1]
Events of Left Behind[]
Sometime after their encounter, Riley came across Trevor in the quarantine zone. Aware that he was being followed, he led Riley into an alley where he and several other Fireflies ambushed her. They took her to their hideout to meet Marlene, who revealed that she had orchestrated Riley's encounter with Trevor.[2]
