Kieran is a minor character in The Last of Us Part II.[1]
Biography[]
At some point after the Cordyceps brain infection outbreak, Kieran joined FEDRA and supported the United States military in their war against the Washington Liberation Front in Seattle. However, Kieran was persuadable to assist survivors attempting to enter the zone illegally. He worked with a Seattle resident to smuggle people into the quarantine zone in exchange for a kilo of an unknown substance, smuggling in adults and children.[2]

Ellie can find a note mentioning Kieran while searching for Abby Anderson with Dina in Seattle.[1]
