Quinn is a character mentioned in The Last of Us Part II.[1]
Biography[]
Prior to the Cordyceps brain infection outbreak, Quinn met and formed an intimate relationship with Will.[2] The pair lived in San Diego where they had a baby daughter together. When the CBI outbreak led to the city falling into disarray, Quinn and her family were among the 35 people allowed on A.J. Malidore's ferry to sail away from the city and seek refuge in Vancouver.[3] They had to fight and push their way through several people to get aboard, an action that confused and traumatized their young daughter.[2]
However, while on the boat, Quinn fell ill with the CBI but dismissed it as mere flu. Her daughter stayed with her while Will was elsewhere on the ferry. Quinn and Will wrote notes to each other to stay in touch, with Quinn asking Will to let her sleep and take care of their daughter by reading one of her books to her if she awoke in her absence.[2]
By October 10, Quinn had transformed into a runner from the infection. Passenger Josephine Roberts used her crossbow to kill Quinn and the other infected passengers in the infirmary despite Malidore not permitting the action.[3]

Abby Anderson can find Quinn's note to Will while exploring Malidore's boat after it crashed into Seattle in April 2038.[1]
