One Vision is one of Axl Low's Overdrive Attacks, first appearing in the 1.09 patch update of Guilty Gear -Strive-.

Overview[]

Axl takes a stance, then being shrouded with purple aura for 6 seconds. Within that time, inputting One Vision again stops time for the opponent for 2 seconds, allowing Axl to attack as he pleases.

Trivia[]

This attack appears to be inspired by The World from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, a Stand with the ability to freeze time for a few seconds at a time.
- In addition, Axl's pose when using the move is similar one that Jotaro (who can use the time freeze via Star Platinum: The World) strikes in the JoJo fighting game Heritage For the Future.
Other fighting game characters have similar mechanics too:
- Chang from The King of Fighters has Tekkyuu Dai Sekai.
- Izanami from BlazBlue has Time/Moment of Benevolence.
