Chemical Love is one of I-No's Special Attacks, first appearing in Guilty Gear XX.

Overview[]

I-No jumps up and does splits, creating a pair long, thin blades made of red energy that shriek like a blown-out mic.

Between Guilty Gear XX & Rev 2, Chemical Love had two versions:

GGXrd Chemical Love K 1

Horizontal (, Yoni?)

The horizontal version stretches across the whole screen, its actual range lies around 3/4 of the screen.

I-No also gains a Dust version in the Guilty Gear XX series, which has a very quick recovery time.

GGXrd Chemical Love S

Vertical (, Tate?)

The regular version stretches to screen-height, though the width is still rather thin. This version first debuts in Guilty Gear XX Slash.

Regular I-No's version in the Guilty Gear XX series has her travel forward slightly, while her EX appearance has her remain in one spot.

GGXrd Chemical Love K 2

Followup to the Horizontal ver.

Additionally, in the Guilty Gear Xrd series, I-No could follow-up the Horizontal version with the Vertical version after inputting DownDown LeftLeft + Slash as normal after the former version connects. Rather than just transition into the latter version, the blades appear on top of the opponent, guaranteeing to hit them.
