Heat Knuckle is one of Potemkin's Special Attacks, first appearing in Guilty Gear X.

Overview[]

Potemkin reaches diagonally upwards with his rear arm. If his opponent is close enough, he grabs them, then makes them burst into flames before letting them go.

Between Guilty Gear X & Rev 2, he can follow up with Heat Extend (ヒートエクステンド, Hīto Ekusutendo?) by inputting + before the final burst of flames. Potemkin he charges up the final explosion to make it bigger; in the Xrd series, he uses the pistons built into his body to increase the power output. As of Strive, Heat Knuckle & Extend become one move.

This is solely an anti-air.
