My talking buddies, originally dubbed Hunger Strike, is one of Dizzy's Special Attacks, first appearing in Guilty Gear X.
Overview[]
Dizzy summons a small clam-shaped creature that attacks her opponent:
- The
version has it chomp her opponent twice while travelling forward. - The
version has it chomp her opponent three times while travelling forward a small distance. - The
version has it fire a laser while travelling upwards. - The
version has it fire a laser while travelling downwards. - The
version has it bite her opponent while travelling back-to-forward, growing in size.
In Guilty Gear XX Λ Core Plus R, the attack can be done again by pressing just the button again before the attack ends.
In the Guilty Gear Xrd series, My talking buddies would go on to be separated into 2 attacks:
- We talked a lot together (よく話し相手になってくれました, Yoku hanashiaite ni natte kuremashita?, lit. He was a good person to talk to) - & .
- We fought a lot together (よく喧嘩相手になってくれました, Yoku kenka aite ni natte kuremashita?, lit. He often became my fighting partner) - , & .
