Hachi Subako is one of Axl Low's Special Attacks, first appeared in Guilty Gear XX Λ Core and last seen in Guilty Gear XX Λ Core Plus R.
Overview[]
Axl puts up a defensive stance, using his connected scythes like a bo staff, then bats his opponent away.
This can then be followed up by Shiranami no Homura (白波の焔, Shiranami no Homura?, lit. Blazing Whitecaps) by inputting 
+ 
(regular Axl)/
(EX Axl), having Axl extend his sickles back out and pincer his opponent with a double upward strike, setting them on fire too.
As EX Axl, this becomes a counter attack.
