In Pokémon Go, you’ll need to do something special to evolve Nosepass into Probopass.

To evolve Nosepass into Probopass, you’ll need to be around a Magnetic Lure Module placed on a PokéStop. Once you’re in its range, you can evolve it using 50 Nosepass Candy. The prompt to evolve your Nosepass will turn green from red once you can evolve it.

You can purchase Magnetic Lure Modules from the shop for 200 Poké Coins each, though sometimes Timed Research from events will reward them. Places with lots of PokéStops may also have Magnetic Lure Modules active from other players during Community Days and similar events.

Probopass isn’t worth investing too much candy or Stardust in, as it’s not particularly impressive in the stat department. There are lots of better rock- and steel-type Pokémon to use in PvE content, like Rampardos and Metagross. If you still want to use it, Probopass’ best moveset is Rock Throw and Rock Slide.

Nosepass and Probopass are both available to find Shiny.
