Synopsis[]
As a new day dawns, Moordale’s fate hangs in the balance. Aimee spills. Eric confesses. Otis haunts the hospital. Honesty matters now, more than ever.
Plot[]
Adam enters a dog agility competition. Lily takes down her alien paraphernalia, and asks her mother to dispose of it; after an autograph request from a fan, Lily changes her mind. Hope is no longer head teacher. Jean wakes up from surgery, and receives the paternity test results. Erin sneaks into the school and gives Maeve the money for the programme. Jackson and Cal settle their differing opinions about a queer relationship precluding them from becoming a couple; they part amicably.
The students learn that the school will be sold to developers, and so they will need to find alternative schooling arrangements. Otis bumps into Hope at the hospital, who is attempting another round of in vitro fertilisation after trying unsuccessfully for three years to get pregnant. Jean overhears Otis comforting Hope. Lily and Ola make amends. Adam tells Mrs. Groff that Eric was his boyfriend, but they broke up. Mrs. Groff turns down dinner with Mr. Groff. Aimee persuades Maeve to pursue the study programme in the United States. Otis and Maeve say their farewells.
