Effiong House is a location on the Netflix series Sex Education. It is the home of the Effiong family located in Moordale.

The Effiong family have lived in this house since the beginning of season 1.
Abeo sees Eric and Lily in makeup
In episode 3, Lily goes to Eric's house and they do makeovers. They then proceed to watch porn, but are interripted by Abeo. Abeo is displeased and tells Eric to grow up.
Abeo discovers the vandalism
In episode 4, Adam goes to Eric's house to vandalise their car with dog feces as revenge after Eric's ineptitude in handling dogs inadvertently leads to Adam's dog, Madam, going missing. After Eric's father witnesses the mess, he calls for Eric to clean it up before his mother sees.
In episode 2.6, Rahim goes to Eric's house and meets Eric's mother.
