Sophie Thompson is a British actress. She portrays Carol Iglehart on Netflix's Sex Education.
Biography[]
Thompson is the second child of Phyllida Law, the presenter of Play School, the first TV show shown on BBC Two, and actor Eric Thompson, the writer–narrator of the popular children's television series The Magic Roundabout on BBC One in the 1960s. Emma Thompson, a playwright and actor, is her sister.
