Eugene was introduced as the mysterious boyfriend of Vivienne that she texted with.
He was sexting with Vivienne on the bus and called her private parts medieval names because this was his fetish. Vivienne found this a bit weird however.
He later showed up at Vivienne her house and walked with her to her school later, shocking other students with how attractive he is.

Viv is Eugene's girlfriend who she sexted throughout her school trip to France. Eugene was into medieval fantasy. Later Eugene visited Viv, and when Viv fell into a bin, Eugene helped get her out.
Prior to season 4, Viv and Eugene broke up, as the two decided it would be best for them to focus on school since it was their senior year.
