Anwar is Nick's boyfriend. Anwar and Nick have been a couple for seasons 2 & 3. In season 2, we got to know that Nick is more experienced in gay sex than Anwar (he wants to teach him how to douche). In season 3, after having sex with Nick, some strange thing appeared on Anwar's face. In episode 3.4, after SRE class he supposes it could be HIV or AIDS, but luckily, after visiting a specialist, he got to know that he's just allergic to strawberry-flavored condoms.
