Orders:
We need a foothold outside of the Vault. Holding the manor is essential for supply runs. Utilize any materials left over from unfinished sectors of the Vault. Fortify the Atrium. Ensure you're sending someone down to report back at the end of each day. If you need back-up, use the intercom in the wine cellar. Once the situation up there becomes safer we can begin expanding outwards.
