Trappers note is a paper note in Fallout 76. It is one of the quest objectives in the quest Key to the Past.

The note can be found at the Trapper's camp, pinned to the fence of the small wooden platform near the southern end of the camp.

They took Walter and some of the others back to Huntersville. Dunno what they're going to do with them, but I ain't sticking around to find out.
