Dear Madam,
I'm absolutely appalled at your company's lack of customer service! In February, I purchased a Dreamrunner 5000 Luxury Yacht from your establishment in the Top of the World at the Pleasant Valley Ski Resort. Like my baggage, I expected the yacht to be awaiting my arrival at home, but to my dismay, it wasn't there. Concealing the fact that bespoke yachts take two to four years for delivery is not good business sense. I expect a full refund, or my yacht delivered immediately!
