The note can be found near the entrance area of the Neapolitan Casino in Atlantic City, on a desk near the anti-cheat terminal, in the front desk booth. It is the same desk as the front desk note.

How are you, darling? I do hope present circumstances haven't eroded the already tenuous sense of calm we've all been fighting to maintain.
I wanted to write to you candidly to inquire about the missing funds. The past few months, we've failed to receive the full amount owed to us for our entertainment services. I know you're a woman of integrity and wit. I also know all too well the vast challenge that comes with the burden of leadership. I mean no offense when I say that there are rats in your organization that may be sullying our friendship garden.
Since you are a bosom friend of mine, I will extend your deadline by a fortnight. Please ensure that we receive the rest of our owed expenses. Unfortunately, if I do not receive our dues by the aforementioned date, I will need to send some of my Showmen over to collect.
