Critters are passive creatures found all over the world. They can be caught with a Bug Net and carried around as an item.
All critters except glowbugs can be fed to Strolly Polys to produce Strolly Poly Plates.
There are a total of 21 critters in the game.

Ground[]
Ground critters can be squished and killed by players when walked over, unless the Squash bugs setting is disabled.

Leafhopper | Azeos' Wilderness | A very nervous little fellow. The faintest hint of danger makes it jump away into safety. |
Sun Pincher | Sunken Sea | This red-yellow crustacean always has its claws raised which gives it a seemingly happy expression. |
Moon Pincher | Sunken Sea | This blue-purple crustacean always has its claws raised which gives it a seemingly happy expression. |
Little Death | Desert of Beginnings | This small scorpion is harmless to humans but can easily kill smaller creatures if it needs food. |
Manyleg | Desert of Beginnings | This desert critter has an unknown amount of legs. It would simply take too long to count them. |
Gem Snail | Shimmering Frontier | A small snail that slowly works its way through the dangers of the Shimmering Frontier. |
Shadow Newt | Shimmering Frontier | A dark fellow with seemingly unseeing eyes. But they stare deep into your soul. |
