Tomi Ogunjobi is a British-Nigerian actress and singer. She portrays Aunt Beryl on Netflix's Sex Education.
Biography[]
Tomi is a Theatre Arts graduate from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria, with a focus on acting, singing, dancing, and movement. She began her professional career as a young actor in Lagos, Nigeria, before transferring to the famed University of Ibadan to study Theatre Arts. Tomi had been on stage, TV, cinema, documentaries, and commercials in Nigeria, Italy, and the United Kingdom, and had played the lead in the majority of them. She has collaborated with a number of famous theatrical groups, directors, cinematographers, and playwrights, including Nigerian playwright Ola Rotimi and Rufus Norris.
