Hugh is one of the recurring characters in Sex Education. He is portrayed by Noel White.

In the first scenes of the season he's seen shagging in the Groff house living room with his girlfriend, Maureen; their relationship revolves around having a lot of sex, which was missed by Maureen after years of sexual abstinance with her ex-husband, Michael.
Hugh likes working out; as we can see in episode 3.7, when he does many push-ups.

Maureen Groff (girlfriend)[]
Maureen is Hugh's girlfriend. The two met prior to season 3, as in first episode of the third season they're seen having sex in the living room of Groff house. Their relationship was more about having lots of sex, than feelings. The fact that Maureen hooked-up with her ex-husband while dating Hugh only confirms this.
