Light sources are needed to explore dark caves. In addition to glow level, each light sources also has a glow color associated with it.

The lighting was improved in the 0.5.2.0-b84a version upgrade, making it impossible to determine the actual lighting range (points) due to the addition of intensity and directionality.

0.7.4.2-7883: Fixed a bug where many light sources would get completely disabled on low light quality settings.
0.5.2.2-a842:
- Lit Floor tiles no longer block other emissive light sources like Glow Tulips.
- Light colours are now correctly converted to linear space when gathering light data.
0.5.2.0-b84a: Completely reworked indirect (bounce) lighting. Light now spreads further and takes surface color into account, resulting in softer, more saturated dynamic lighting.
