I have been a web developer for 25 years and had to deal with multiple web hosting companies. WPEngine support is by far the best I've ever experienced with regards to response time, problem-solving. They bend over backwards. You definitely get what you pay for and more

Best tech customer experience I've ever had. WPEngine agents must be trained really well because they have been able to understand, quickly diagnose, and talk me through or assist me in fixing every issue I've ever brought to them. I simply won't build sites on other hosts anymore. Other hosts lack the tools, speed, user friendliness and support I have with WPEngine.

I reviewed WP Engine maybe a month ago, but I'm reviewing again because of the extraordinary customer support one of their agents, Jay B, gave me this afteroon. WP Engine is also the best hosting company in my experience. It's incredibly robust, and always gives me excellent customer support.

We have been a WP Engine customer for years but it is rare for us to ever contact them for support. But when we need support, they are easy to contact by phone, email or chat. Support given is never rushed.

I had some weird Oxygen Builder quirks on a few image assets that were not adopting SSL but didn't appear in the WordPress database (like all the others). My WP Engine technician went the extra mile to help track this down and help eliminate the issues. Had boundless patience, positivity and a can-do attitude. We solved the problem after much searching and scratching of heads.

I have been using WPEngine for three years and I continue to be impressed with the quality of their support staff. Each time I've reached out they have been responsive, thorough, and friendly. I also continue to be impressed with the quality of their hosting plans' performance and features.
Some say that WPEngine is an expensive hosting service. That is one way to look at it. The way I see it is, when you consider their quality and support, it is easily the best value for your dollar.

Our decision to migrate our WordPress multisite to WP Engine is confirmed in part by our interactions with tech support. I have found the wait times to be reasonable, the support people to be friendly and understanding, and the results to be very helpful. I do my part by struggling for a while on my own to try the things I can think of and to try suggestions offered by the AI. Sometimes I need a person, and WP Engine folks really come through for me!

Our agency has been using WP Engine for a long time, and they always deliver excellent customer service. Whether it is helping troubleshoot server settings or something with one of our WordPress websites, they are always ready and willing to help.
I have personally used many hosting services in the past and the customer services offered by WP Engine are by far the best I have experienced.

I've only been dealing with WPEngine a few weeks due to been a developer for a company that hosts with them. So far, I've had good experiences with tech support and they seem to be on their "game". I need that for sure! Thinking about bringing my accounts over to host with them soon.

The best possible support, the least downtime, totally worth scrapping your existing non-WordPress site and rebuilding it simply to have it hosted here. I've been building websites and web-based promotions since the 90's and NO ONE comes close to these guys. I've had every bad experience possible at this point...SOOOO, build a WordPress site, host at WPEngine. Boom.

We moved the WP Engine from AWS a number of years ago now and couldn't be happier with the move.
Where we were responsible for all the server side settings on AWS, we wanted a more managed and supported approach so we could focus on the websites themselves rather than the server side as well.
WP Engine have always been supportive when we have had issues we need help with. Their team are well informed about their side of our account, which means when we need help, they know how to fix the issues.
We have since expanded our hosting with WP Engine a number of times and cannot see any reason why would want to move.
It's hassle free and just works.

After moving our site to an emergency site because of Bot traffic and effectively taking our website down for half a day, WP Engine sales team is serving up only one alternative and hard selling us to move from Startup plan ($30/month) to the white glove dedicated server plan for $800/month because we're averaging 30K visits/mo. on a plan that accommodates 25K. Totally ignoring the 3 other plans past Startup including the plan that accommodates 400K/mo. in traffic for a mere $179/month. Disgusting sales tactics and exploitation of their customers during critical downtime. The hard sell email came through the day we were frantically troubleshooting the site problems. Gross. I'm so upset with them at this point.
