Hostinger's support is fantastic

Hostinger's support is fantastic. The AI bot is surprisingly good, and then when you need to speak to a real person, they are very well trained, professional, fast and friendly. Camilla was the most recent rep I dealt with, very helpful and patient.

And the hosting, web, domain and email service are reliable, fast and a great value. We do WordPress speed optimization, and happily recommend Hostinger.

Manuel went beyond the call of duty to…

Manuel went beyond the call of duty to help me with me website issues. He was extremely professional, patient, resourceful and welcoming. Manuel took time to navigate the issues I was having with my website, and provided me detailed step-by-step instructions to remedy kinks. I learned so much in the process. Lukas with customer support helped me…

Lukas with customer support helped me figure out my issue even with me being frustrated at first due to the 6 agents before him and him just providing generic articles for optimization to help solve my issue. he was able to dig further and pull some logs that lead us in the right direction. Thank you!

Very patient and calm supportive staff. Did not rush me at all. I had some technical issues on the site. I had to migrate the site to another hosting plan on the same server, was having some issues related to outdated plugin and the site was continuously redirecting to spammy sites.

Took almost an hour of work, but we figured it out together. So, a big thank you!

Excellent support is what makes one company better from the rest! So, good luck, guys!

Hostinger suspended my hosting service for no reason.

They canceled my premium hosting plan and reported my domain as fraudulent. I don't understand why this happens. HostGator did the same thing to me in May and now Hostinger. I will now use Blue Host I hope they can provide better service than HostGator and Hostinger (two fraudulent companies).

Great options, great pricing, fantastic support

Hostinger provides great options at very fair pricing and that's why I keep going back to use them for website needs. Their support is fantastic as well, I just hope it never gets degraded because that's one of the main reasons I stick with them too.

responsive customer support for a serious problem

I was locked out of my account because I wasn't getting 2FA emails. I was able to use a recovery code to get in, and Hostinger support followed up quickly, resolved the problem on their end, and saw to it that I was able to get 2FA emails again. Now I am back to full speed and grateful for the responsive customer support I got.

Heavenly Customer Support

I've got more or less 15 domains with Hostinger. Rarely faced any issues, and never had an unresolved query till date. The customer support is heavenly good.

Recently migrated to Hostinger

We've recently migrated to Hostinger, and OMG, it was the best migration experience! Not only did they offer us the best price on the market, but the migration process was as smooth as can be. And it was free! You can't beat that price, right?

At GoDaddy, they gave us a subpar offer and asked for $200 for migration. No, thank you!

Overall, Hostinger provided a great free migration, unbeatable monthly pricing, and a super-friendly account menu. If I had known earlier, I would have started using them years ago!

Video feature is not ideal

Hi Hostinger team,

I appreciate the website builder, but there’s a major issue with the video aspect. When uploading a video, it appears unprofessional due to a popup button directing users to Google Drive. The alternative options, such as YouTube links (what if clients don’t have YouTube accounts/videos) and embedded codes have bugs and problems.

Please consider adding a simple option to upload videos directly from a computer, similar to Wix. This change would be a game-changer for me and my clients, allowing us to stick with Hostinger for all our website needs. Videos are a significant aspect of websites as it helps make a website more intriguing and engaging. This flaw with Hostinger has me using other website building alternatives for most my clients.

Hostinger has offered great value for…

Hostinger has offered great value for the money. I had problems migrating the existing website from Bluehoust but I was able to use the Hostinger AI to create a very nice landing page and plan to go in and recreate a more complete website later.

The free email is great, too.

I had a few issues just a few days ago and after two sessions with tech support, everything was fixed. I just received help from them to reconnect and restore our email accounts.
