I LOVE the Siteground support team.
Yesterday I ordered a new domain, but I made a mistake. Today I thought maybe it wouldn't hurt to ask if I could delete it and purchase the corrected domain name instead. So I asked via chat, and Pavel, the support team member who took my inquiry, found a way to help me. I am so very grateful for his problem solving skills, friendly and professional manner, and his responsiveness communicating with me as a customer. Given my 100% positive experiences with all Siteground team members over the years, I know that Siteground is a very well managed company and has a very positive culture. Keep it up!
