I LOVE the Siteground support team.

Yesterday I ordered a new domain, but I made a mistake. Today I thought maybe it wouldn't hurt to ask if I could delete it and purchase the corrected domain name instead. So I asked via chat, and Pavel, the support team member who took my inquiry, found a way to help me. I am so very grateful for his problem solving skills, friendly and professional manner, and his responsiveness communicating with me as a customer. Given my 100% positive experiences with all Siteground team members over the years, I know that Siteground is a very well managed company and has a very positive culture. Keep it up!

The best host I have ever used

The best host I have ever used. I've worked on the web since 2005 so I have used many different hosting companies over the years including many of the big guys that were advertised by popular figures in the industry such as Media Temple. I have also run my own VPS servers using Vultr and others. Sitegrounds servers are excellent, their caching is excellent. Their GUI is excellent everything just works as it should.

Best of all their support is absolutley first class.

Fast Help

Representative tried things I tried, offered way for me to try it myself, but, also escalated it when I asked as I think the problem is more serious. He did right away, fast and professional. Thanks.

Forgot in time to change billing period…

Forgot in time to change billing period so my debitcard was used for a year renewel payment that I wanted changed to monthly payment.
The chat made no problem of it, will refund so I can change to monthly payments. Super Service

Very fast and friendly support

Nikolay prevented potential malware...

Nikolay handled a frustrating billing problem for me while I was traveling internationally. This allowed Siteground services to fix a potential malware on my site. I greatly appreciate his work.

Not a reliable hosting and very…

Not a reliable hosting and very questionable user interface. When trying to login and reset my password, the confirmation code is intentionally delayed by few hours, so you will never get it done.
Their chat support is useless as well. Intentionally obfuscate it and claim that they can't find you. But they send me marketing emails.

Had the most helpful rep

Had the most helpful rep! I have been having issues with pointing a domain to Siteground. I have had various issues and called support to various providers regarding the issue, I ended up with Siteground Support delivering great service and being more knowledgeable than any other service rep I have dealt with all week.

I've been hosting with SiteGround for…

I've been hosting with SiteGround for over a year now and used their free website migration service on one of my sites. I am so flipping thrilled that I did. It would have taken me days of hacking and figuring out, and they did it for me in 24 hours. Shirin Aka started the process and after three attempts was finally able to get past the 2FA I seem to put everywhere! Aleksandar Rachev let me know when it was complete. I am grateful to you all for your help.

Trully people that really CARE about you

I had a problem with my son, he was involved in an accident this morning. And now we are in hospital, and I contact today my hosting service company and they changed my renewal date. A really very nice thing to do. Thank you again SiteGround for being there for me.

Quick, Clean, Clear Communication

I'm not an expert in web development, and I struggled to find the courage to ask for help when I didn't know much about the problem or what was causing it, but I reached out and was immediately listened to and taken care of. My problem isn't quite fixed yet, but there's a plan in place to take a look and figure out the problem while keeping my site up and available. Already my experience with the help desk was better than I'd hoped for. As the title says: Quick, clean, clear communication.
