Awesome Technical Support

As always, Siteground's technical support is able to find a solution for me. I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great hosting platform.

Excellent and flawless

I was with SiteGround for almost two years, and only left because I no longer wanted the site I was hosting.
During that time, I was impressed by how smooth and flawless their service was: the speed was amazing, my site was always up everytime I checked and support was always with me and on any problem I had (less than a handful and mostly minor) within a few minutes.
I could not but rate them with 5/5 stars - I would have rated 6 if I could.

Love this service

I've used Siteground before and now use them for my personal and nonprofit sites. They are always very helpful and very quick to respond.

Ver fast response from the support team

I had a problem with one of my websites so I made a support ticket through the siteground platform. They replied within one hour and after a short messages exchange, my problem was solved within the same day.

They provide a very good service and they have a even more efficient support team.

I can totally recommend them.

SITEGROUND WEBHOSTING IS EXCEPTIONAL

Its one thing to choose a host for your website and its another to ensure you will be getting the best after sales support. Siteground is the best so far, I have been hosting websites with siteground since 2012 and I have never ever felt so comfortable. I used to try different companies to host different site because they are either strong in some features and weak on others but after discovering siteground I seem to have naturally settled because everything seem to be going right.

I have stopped googling 'best 10 web hosters' like I used to whenever I am starting a new project for a client. I jump straight to siteground. I would soon sign up for a reseller Hosting account because I a have tried and tested their service, I am 100% sure of their service and I have several accounts to show for that. Their customer service is exceptional, they relate with you like a personal assistant. Features 99.9%, Security is great!

Boss Mode

I screwed up a manual update with one of my sites, and before I resorted to a final restore of the ENTIRE account I decided to ask miguel as I felt I needed a second pair of eyes.

Miguel didn't end up solving the issue but damn did he try, and thats all I wanted. So instead I just had Miguel confirm the steps to restore the account.

Miguel not only went through what Im sure is a set of requirements you have set with site ground but he also double checked specific requests I had again just so I could have another set of eyes review everything.

Miguel is a boss! Would let him provide me support over and over again!

SO INTELLIGENT; FAST,
but not only!
Ivan is very attentive to the customer. As if the client were a friend. Ivan has solved a big problem for us on our big site e-commerce
Our webmaster is on vacation and our site crashed. Ivan came on Joomla and Ivan has solved the problem. THANK IVAN AND THANKS SiteGround !!

Excellent hosting company!!! A+++

I own a website management company and had, had some issues with Godaddy and Hostgator. It took awhile but with the help of the guys (and girls) at Siteground we have moved almost all of our clients to Siteground and have not looked back once! The sites load faster. They never ever go down (which is the biggie), and most of all the service is amazing!

Very pleased

I've used a few web hosts over the years but switched to Siteground a couple of years ago and have been very pleased - in the product, the price, and the service. The customer service is definitely the best feature. I'd recommend siteground to others!

Best customer service rep I've had by far!

He was quick to respond yet very thorough. His ability to calm the situation down and offer a variety of help is impeccable. The issue was revolved promptly without any other further complications. 10/10 service.
