Being charged on my credit card on a…

Being charged on my credit card on a website (artpeepsandcreatives.com) I tried to get going & got totally confused & never got it completed. I cancelled 9/28/2022…yet my credit card was charged recently in 2024. I also was charged over $300 back for other services, then after I reported I cancelled the website (that was charged $) I didn’t feel like I would get a refund! But I am thankful for Bluehost helping me, a senior citizen, to end the hosting charges!

Great Service

I have been hosting websites for many years. This year I took the responsibility of a bluehost account and have had a steep learning curve for myself. Each interaction at bluehost has been positive, helpful and completed with satisfaction. I have now moved all my hosting to bluehost and highly recommend them!

Thank you so much for your call and help. You made my day and helped me resolve my issue with the WordPress website. The Bluehost website is great, and customer support surprisingly called me when I was struggling with my domain and creating the website. Great support

I've been with Bluehost for a number of years now. In that time, I've had a few serious issues - some my fault, others more general to Wordpress - but the Bluehost team have always stepped in quickly and politely to help me fix it. I'm a very happy customer.

Efficient Problem Solving

Pratheek was incredibly efficient in resolving my issue. Without questioning he understood my circumstances and helped me resolve an issue with billing in my account.
I will certainly return as a customer when times comes to it just because of this direct problem-resolving approach. Thanks!

Was great for about year

Was great for about year. Now ssl started giving issues support did nothing except promised ''investigate''.
Assumed as previous experience was good it should be done..just to find that my site been in 404 for last 48h and clients can't get through..
Will update if anything changes

Mina L., great representative

Mina L. was great working with me to get my DNS A Records pointing directly properly. She worked with me while I was on my dashboard together to make sure I understood the process and we both flagged a few things to clean things up a little better. I enjoyed working with her together to get things properly taken care of. She was very patient with me.

you don't deserve any star

you don't deserve any star. Bluehost your work ethics is appalling and repulsive. It has been 32 days since I purchased services from you, I still have no accesses to my account not because I forgot my password but because of your faulty system which did not send a verification link and my proof of purchase to my inbox. Why does it take you ages to resolve your error? This is a breach of contract on your part; selling services you can not provide. I presume I need to close my bank account just to dodge a renewal of the subscription being deducted when no services are rendered. Yeah that sounds like how you get by. You are not far from Charles Ponzi... you aware about this issue but do nothing to resolve it. Shame on you.

A very patient person because I am a novice. Not in a rush to end the conversation to get his stats up. Very thorough and very knowledgeable. He guided me all the way from A-Z in order to make sure I had rectified my issue and now I am confident to move forward.

BEWARE Renewal cost tripled with no warning from $179 - $536 for the same service!

BEWARE! They tripled a basic hosting package for a client of ours from $179 a year to $536 with no notice. When I went on the site I can see the pricing for our plan is advertised as $119. When I initially contacted support they said there was nothing they could do. They said that renewals are charged at this triple rate so I am effectively being penalised for being a loyal customer. It took over 30 mins on chat to get them to reduce the price but it is still double what I paid the past 2 years, for exactly the same service. I had no choice but to renew as they were either going to autorenew at $536 or delete my clients'service on the spot. They left me with no alternative. I DO NOT recommend this company. Find a better provider as these people are crooks.

Awful everything

I have been with bluehost for about 10 years. I discovered that I hadn't been receiving email from my contact form for weeks between late April and May. They supposedly fixed it, but there was an error, and caused my WP site was down 3 days. At least 4+ mind numbing text/calls. The last straw, an hour chat to give them the credentials to authenticate my website and email for a new email marketing service. They said it would take 24 hours, it never happened. I cancelled my auto renew. Went back a week later, they must have swiched it back. Another 45 min with customer service to get it turned off. Everything they've touched got messed up. Switched to Site Ground and am so happy. They have fast top notch tech support. They quickly fixed some coding bluehost added to my site to prevent it from loading after the transfer.

My client's website was pulling the wrong homepage from an old web design. The chat support person Nidhi, was able to correct the issue displaying the correct homepage. It was done quite quickly and with little hassle on my side.
