Dedicated Bluehost customer since 2012!
I've been a faithful Bluehost customer since 2012, and the main thing that always keeps me here is their stellar phone support. Speaking to an actual ear when explaining any issues, does wonders for the simplicity of resolving whatever it is that's going on.
After twelve years with Bluehost, a month ago I took a decision to make a jump to Shopify with the intention to set up an e-commerce website, but in an attempt to of move all the content of my websites over to Shopify right when my hosting plan was expiring...I lost everything. Renewing my Bluehost account was the only option for me to recover my data, and I ended up going ahead with this for another three years!
Did I mention the stellar phone support?
I just got off the phone with Prince, who helped me troubleshoot for over an hour trying to get my domains to reset DNS from Shopify back over to Bluehost.
Super helpful, super friendly, and ready to go that extra mile. Prince even called me back to follow up the conversation after the network cut out. Five stars for communication and attention!
