Rhalgr's Reach is a location in Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood. It serves as a major base of the Ala Mhigan Resistance.
In terms of gameplay, it serves as the expansion's endgame players hub, just like Revenant's Toll and Idyllshire were in previous versions.

M'naago Rahz becomes available as a Custom Deliveries client after completing the level 60 sidequest "None Forgotten, None Forsaken", which unlocks after completing the main story quest "Return of the Bull". M'naago's questline focuses on her efforts to rebuild the lives of those widowed or orphaned by the Garlean occupation.
