Thank you to all tech support who have…

Thank you to all tech support who have helped with the site issues. Big THANKS to Daniel working on the 4th of July and answering the phone within 5 rings (Amazing!). Had some bots crawling the site and using up all of the resources. Daniel added a crawl rate and reset my resources + gave me the ip's of the offending bots. I blocked them and things are better. I was also able to pick his brain on a caching issue that I'm currently having. Anyhow - I got first class service on the 4th of July!

A2Hosting is the Land of Champions

The person who assisted me, Kushmitha S is actually a champion who did it all for my client to resume from suspension.
I had no hope this situation could be lifted but he managed to get my client back on the road, my client and I will keep honoring and getting services from A2Hosting, our provide we trusted since 2013-2014

Service and support that changed my life

I can honestly say that A2Hosting's service and support has changed my life. The technical quality is outstanding and the support is timely, friendly and beyond expectations. Even assisting with website construction and display problems would not be within their responsibilities. They are always available to help their clients, no matter what the problem is.

I received wonderful support from A2…

I received wonderful support from A2 hosting when I had issues with my websites, that were due in large part to my lack of expertise. I learned a lot about when to make backups, staging sites, and when to not make too many staging sites daisy chained. Even though my lack of skill caused the A2 staff a lot of extra work, they were very helpful and patient with me as we worked it out. I will not make the same mistake again of getting my work tangled up, and we got it all sorted out nicely. I highly recommend A2 hosting for their team, their equipment, their skill and their patience.

A2 Hosting has the most amazing support staff.

A2 Hosting has the most amazing support program. As you develop your websites they are there 24/7 to help you with large problems and the small ones. Never judging you on your abilities, always offering assistance to solve problems. I love these people.

I suddenly got an intermittent problem…

I suddenly got an intermittent problem on my server (failed database conntections) and raised a ticket. It took two days until I got a response (only after I complained). The response was from a first level supporter who listed standard recommendations out of his service coobook. He did not even address the reported problem. It took several additional mails, until I was told he is now raising an internal ticket to address the problem. But after additional two days still no response!!
I have been an A2 customer for five years. During this time A2 has got gradually got worse. Unacceptable response times. Tickets are handled by unqualified first level supports who have no capability to solve specific problems and fail to escalate.
If this continues I will strongly consider to leave A2 for another hosting service.

Fantastic Customer Support from A2 Hosting

I’ve been working with A2 Hosting for a couple of years now, their support still continues to amaze me. I had a customer site that was down and we weren’t sure why but they were able to resolve it overnight. Thanks again for your fantastic service support.

I am a website developer professional…

I am a website developer professional and used two different hosting companies for 15 years. It was a frustrating relationship. When I finally had it, I heard of A2Hosting and decided to do my due diligence. I must say that I made the right choice! The support, the specs dollar-for-dollar, the speed and flexibility: all these are second to none. Thank you, A2Hosting! I am not changing ever again.

I tried to contact customer service via…

I tried to contact customer service via email since I am not yet a customer but I wanted to become one. The first was addressed to the Sales department while the second (always with the same content) to the Technical department. Well, I've been waiting for a response for at least 10 days now. Mine was an email with doubts regarding the characteristics of the hosting since I came from an experience with other well-known companies in the sector but much more expensive. Even if I am not yet a customer, this is not the way to treat people who ask for clarifications on the service. If these are the conditions...

Fantastic technical support

I am not a professional, so I do not really know how the technical aspects of this hosting compare to others, but I surely know it has everything I need.
However, the biggest + I want to recommend A2 for, is that their technical support quickly and reliably helps with all the problems I have had. They have been extremely helpful and always nice while doing it. Something that i did not see with my previous hosting provider, which caused me to migrate to A2, which now I see was a good choice.
If A2 team reads my review, please continue putting effort into keeping your technical support helpful and attentive to clients' needs, whether trivial or big. This is what caused me to stick to your services and will probably keep me for long. Thank you.

6-Starts for Tech Support!!!!

In my experience, A2 has the best, most accurate, most timely tech support in the industry. I am constantly amazed at both how quickly and how completely they are able to solve my problems. I never feel like I'm being annoying or should have figured out the matter on my own (though they often give me insights for fixing things directly if I'd like to).

I recommend A2 all the time and can't say enough about their dedication to customer support. They get an A+++ from me!
