A2 Hosting has the most amazing support staff.

A2 Hosting has the most amazing support program. As you develop your websites they are there 24/7 to help you with large problems and the small ones. Never judging you on your abilities, always offering assistance to solve problems. I love these people.

Fantastic Customer Support from A2 Hosting

I’ve been working with A2 Hosting for a couple of years now, their support still continues to amaze me. I had a customer site that was down and we weren’t sure why but they were able to resolve it overnight. Thanks again for your fantastic service support.

Service and support that changed my life

I can honestly say that A2Hosting's service and support has changed my life. The technical quality is outstanding and the support is timely, friendly and beyond expectations. Even assisting with website construction and display problems would not be within their responsibilities. They are always available to help their clients, no matter what the problem is.

Great Hosting Support is Lacking

The hosting plans and speed it great but the SUPPORT is lacking unless you get someone of the Phone then it is excellent. The phone support is Americans but the Chat support is some other country is hit or miss and not to good. I am thinking of moving to a different service. I had an IP address is and then left support a bad review as that person was bad and gave me bad answers and did not fix the problem. i logged out and now I cannot access the cPanel. vendictive. If you want great hosting with limited hit and miss support, then A2 is your place.

Their servers keep going down

Their servers keep going down. Additionally, in the past, they offered better customer service. Now it takes days for them to reply to a ticket.

I am a website developer professional…

I am a website developer professional and used two different hosting companies for 15 years. It was a frustrating relationship. When I finally had it, I heard of A2Hosting and decided to do my due diligence. I must say that I made the right choice! The support, the specs dollar-for-dollar, the speed and flexibility: all these are second to none. Thank you, A2Hosting! I am not changing ever again.

I tried to contact customer service via…

I would like to point out that I am not yet a customer, and I am reviewing my previous 1-star review after receiving a response from customer service.
I obtained all the information I requested in a timely and comprehensive manner. Mr. Justin was very helpful in clarifying all my doubts. However, I am forced to give a 3 star rating since I only received a response after writing a review here on TrustPilot. The problem is connected to the fact that the company DOES NOT allow (this is what I understood from the interaction with them) those who are not yet customers to ask for information on the products on sale. This penalizes those who are NOT yet a paying customer with an active plan. If they had responded to me immediately and maintained a positive line of communication as happened immediately after the review I would have definitely given it a 5 star.

Awesome Service

Great Service. Kishore N. From Customer Rep took their time to help me sort out an issue that was driving me nuts and they were able to direct me in fixing it. I am truly appreciative.

It all started on June the 4th

It all started on June the 4th, when we received the 'great' news that the migration initiated by A2 had completed successfully. It's been 12 days of hell for our e-com business, tens of thousands of dollars of lost revenue and tens of 'qualified' support agents trying to prove that the problem lies in the quality of our database and scripts. Yet, all worked fine before the migration. Even claimed L3 migration support has been useless.

Have had to hire a super expensive devops to discover that the issue was with their CPanel and a complete mess with installed php / fastcgi / php-fpm.

An extremely low expertise of the support staff, lack of sense of urgency and accountability. Running away from them.

Fantastic technical support

I am not a professional, so I do not really know how the technical aspects of this hosting compare to others, but I surely know it has everything I need.
However, the biggest + I want to recommend A2 for, is that their technical support quickly and reliably helps with all the problems I have had. They have been extremely helpful and always nice while doing it. Something that i did not see with my previous hosting provider, which caused me to migrate to A2, which now I see was a good choice.
If A2 team reads my review, please continue putting effort into keeping your technical support helpful and attentive to clients' needs, whether trivial or big. This is what caused me to stick to your services and will probably keep me for long. Thank you.

I purchased a vps and i now requested a…

I purchased a vps and i now requested a refund and was told it would take 2 - 3 weeks because i can't use the vps and support is slow. I won't be purchasing from A2 hosting again.

6-Starts for Tech Support!!!!

In my experience, A2 has the best, most accurate, most timely tech support in the industry. I am constantly amazed at both how quickly and how completely they are able to solve my problems. I never feel like I'm being annoying or should have figured out the matter on my own (though they often give me insights for fixing things directly if I'd like to).

I recommend A2 all the time and can't say enough about their dedication to customer support. They get an A+++ from me!
