Found the best Hosting service

In this day of auto-answers, tiered options, (press 2 if . . .), 20 minute waits, and then unintelligible helpers -- if you ever get one -- I find A2's support to be incredibly refreshing. I mean, these are people who know their stuff, get the gist of my questions first time through, maintain a warm and supportive tone, and seem truly interested in providing help, all this 24/7. My hat's off to A2, and thank you for being there. A2 is simply the best.

Amazing Help from the support Chat. 1st Class service

I desperately needed a website, since i wasnt able to work due to a nerve disease the last two years, but with the new medication it got alot better. Sadly, during this phase of illnes and desparation, i wasnt able to work.
So im standing here with alot of expertise, no money, but i need to build a reputation:
I need a virtual private server, where i can soon document my progress and whats possible in the topic my company will be active. Furthermore a vpn server.

So i took the cheapest vps-offer from a2, and since its 24 years ago since i was unix admin, i forgot all the details.

But luckily, the service chat at a2 helped me to resolve every issue i ran into, despite i paid only 3$ for the first month.

This customer service is better than everything i experienced so far.
and since i have an university diploma in computer science and a masters degree in machine learning,

Michael W was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me with my issue. He was super patient. He has a great personality as Tech support. He made A2Hosting look good in my opinion. Because of customer support like him, businesses get repeat clients. Give him a raise !

Their system is not secure at all

Their system is not secure at all! I have two separate accounts with a2 Hosting's VPS account. The first account started getting an e-mail said that "Your server is running out of memory - Action Required"

When I contacted in regard to this issue and the response was "database issue that needs to be cleaned up" and "there is so much bad bot traffic to the website that consuming server resources".

If there is a bad bots attempt, what the "Imunify360 Security Suite" is doing?? Why do we have to get CloudFlare to prevent bot attacks??

The worst part with the second account!! I just migrated to a2 VPS account and on the very first day, I got another email talking about server memory usage!!

This must be a joke... On a VPS server, only one website in it, getting so much trouble.. I hated Godaddy's shared hostings but I started regretting even more with a2 Hosting. Not even talking about days of chasing this issue with their chat and ticketing system... Let's what happens next...

I switched over to A2 Hosting for all…

I switched over to A2 Hosting for all my Website customers hosting and it has been nothing but great! I made the switch just over a year ago and everything works great. And when its not working I use chat support and they have been able to fix any issue I have.
I would recommend A2 Hosting to anyone looking for a great host at a reasonable price.

I've been with A2 for a while now (4…

I've been with A2 for a while now (4 years) but only with relatively minor sites and projects. However, this year a major company I work with wanted to leave Shopify (multiple sites) so we opted for an A2 VPS server to host a single Woo/WP installation that could handle their aggregated traffic. Big project! Go live came along and we encountered various issues and was engaged in the live chat on various occasions. The support we received was out of this world, and on the majority of chats we raised we reached the same expert (Sourabh P. - CERTEFIED LEGEND). Without his help, the timely responses and the general expertise of the team we'd have lost thousands of dollars in lost sales. Can't recommend A2 enough, and I do really try.

Worst service ever

the worst service ever, I just got one of their plans and asked for Migration, but the site has been down most of the time, for 3 days now they cant fix the issue and support is very very slow, don't waste your time or money.

A good support system

A good support system, inclue ON Line Support and Email Technical Support. According to Online Support Service's answer You can not install Python on your share host. You have to order VPS host . Hence I canceled A2 at once and transferred to Google Cloud Platform at that time and registerred a google account for my urgent requirement. After that, I had received an Email Technical Support Team's solution too. YES. it's workable. Great. But I have cancelled my order at that time. Anyway, appreciate Email Technical Support Team's kind help to let me know the correct solution and let me know the share hosting also has a development solution on A2. I will consider A2 hosting solution again after my one year of GCP free charge expired. Thanks again.

mail service down every sunday

last 1 month's every sunday their mail service going down for 3-5 hours. I contact with them several times. but not getting proper solutions. yesterday had the same issue. Ticket Number # OPZ-499-95943

Problem completely resolved

Problem completely resolved, and unlikely to occur again.

My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was a major problem that kept my websites offline for several hours, and I would have liked the initial response to be a bit quicker.

A2 Hosting provides very poor service

Dear Prof/Dr/Mr/Mrs. Sir/Madam,

We sincerely apologize for the serious issues with our website, iaesprime dot com. The website is hosted by A2 Hosting, but the vendor is unwilling to cooperate. We are still unable to access the service. Due to the problem, A2 hosting does not provide any information or explanations. We contacted them several times, but A2 Hosting did not respond positively, despite the fact that they had not yet taken any action. A2 Hosting provides very poor service.

A2 Hosting always updates us on open tickets, but we do not have access to the server. A2 Hosting lied by not opening a ticket to resolve the issue.

We are currently working to create our journal "Computer Science and Information Technologies, ISSN 2722-323X, e-ISSN 2722-3221" from scratch at the new domain https://csit dot iaesprime dot org.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

The quality of EVERYTHING :D

The quality of service, the ticket system, the speed of their servers, everything is FIRST CLASS. I was with a conglomerate for literally decades, and never knew how fast and clean and efficient hosting could be. I'm on a basic plan, one notch up from Starter, using both Wordpress and independent database ecommerce systems, and am blown away. Thanks to A2 Hosting for quality people, systems, servers and support!!
