I am very satisfied to get reply from your sales team with details solutions, exactly what I want to know. Now I prefer A2hosting in terms of their offered product equipped with very latest and also very good customer support. That's the thing every customer expect I think.

Great Partner

I have had a package with A2 for over two years now, and they have been great. I wanted to add a site, no problem. My admin wanted higher levels of security, no problem.

I have three sites now with same package so my costs never increased (except for the ssl cert). Its been very good value for me.

Hosting your Site there - Get ready for data lost

My reseller hosting was down for two days and eventually when my client site got online they were all restored from atleast two week old data.

This is completely unprofessional as my clients have e-commerce site and do their development on daily basis. Not only my clients lost sales but also all the development, seo and articles done in missing two weeks.

I am facing legal threats from my client and A2 hosting Customer Service is so rubbish they are not evening replying to my tickets .

Absolutely terrible and unreliable hosting

DONT DO IT IF YOU WONT YOUR SIDE TO WORK PROBERTLY

have be fighting almost a year with services i am missing like daily backups, respons time some time i have 30-60sec before the i see some on my page. 2th they have a "ANYTIME MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" that is just bull**** thats a month then they want you to close down your account, and after that they tell you it only the 1th month it counts..

DO NOT USE THAT SERVICE, THEY BU***** YOU BIG TIME

Host down constantly

Unreliable - host down at least twice a week for hours.
I am loosing so much traffic because of them.
As I am based in Europe, I might notice their server problems more.
They seems to be messing around when it's night in the US.
I will move my website as soon as possible.

Quality SSD hosting from a reliable provider!

Using a2hosting service I get quality SSD hosting which is cheap, reliable and simple to navigate around.
Servers work with no downtime. They take a good care of all of their customers.
And their discounts are nice for my budget.

Very unprofessional! Terrible support!

Not recommended!

I have been using a2hosting.com for about 6 months and experiencing downtime every so often. Latest one is that server has been down for over a week now and with very little help form their support. My support tickets went unanswered for days. Very disappointing that this hosting company doesn't understand that when the server is down for over a week, it usually means the end for most of the business.

After a week of waiting for the solution I have decided to move my site to another hosting provider. However I couldn't backup my site for some reason. So, I have asked their support team to prepare the backup for me so I can move my site. 3 days ago they have emailed me to say that the download link will be sent to me once the backup is ready and since then I have not heard from them! Terrible service!

I can't move my site without the backup copy. I can't create the backup as I have to wait for their support to do it. So I am totally stuck!

Very unprofessional! I will never use a2hosting ever again! I will never recommend them! Very disappointed with their service and especially their support service.

Pathetic customer support

I have activated a 2 year plan as I have used them in the past with success. Unfortunately their "Our Speed, Your success" is pure blasphemy.

I have a ticket open since very early hours on the 28 which is still pending answer. Their chat support is pathetic, as they keep referring back to their help pages, which in most of the case covers barely the basics.

I believe that I will be cancelling in a short course as this is not what I expect from an hosting company at all.

Account Suspended without notice

I have made a complete transaction for the order and one of the billing team had reviewed the order. Two weeks later, my account was suspended without any notice or verification. The service is so slow and the excuse for the mistake is so unacceptable. No one was there to help until I have to use the live chat to reactivate the service first.
