Have been with WPX since 2+ years - their support is outstanding! I got great help from Atanas from support team for backing up an old and creating a fresh new website and to resolve glitches that came in the process (as I use Cloudflare as well).

WPX.Net Hosting - the best for Wordpress & WooCommerce we've seen out of the dozens we've tried. The performance reviews are true, they really are blazing fast and can handle quite a load on the servers. We are with the $49.99 / month plan.

Customer Support is legendary, anyone can host, but WPX is more willing to address issues and go deep with you than anyone we've ever encountered. We are primarily using them for our own businesses, but in the future I would consider a career in web development with this company behind me.

Georgi just helped me get domains activated on google workspace, working through a series of DNS record updates. He always goes the extra mile and just puts a smile on your face, as he not only gets the job done first time, he pushes through with determination till the job is completed to perfection! Resolving all my issues from cPanel down to inserting ads.txt file is now so simple with the help of amazing WPX customer representatives. They are always cheerful and willing to help me with every step on the way. They literally don't let you do anything but they take full responsibility while cheerfully resolving your issues. There customer care section is on another level - Top Notch.

Dealing with web hosting providers can be a nightmare. Believe me, I know all to well. Dealing with records, adding CNAME and all of that kind of stuff can be super stressful for someone like me who is not very tech savvy. With WPX, they go above and beyond, out of their way to help you every step of the way and are always available whenever you need them.

Once again I have to peek my head in here to say what an AMAZING job they are doing over at WPX. I've been a customer for many years and today was on an overhaul of a website. Stoyan has been absolutely wonderful from Start to finish. It's my very first time trying to create a website, and I was lost. My domain had the wrong DNS address, I had no idea how to add a SSL certificate, and I have to admit that I didn't think I would receive this kind of support from a live chat operator. Long story short, within minutes, Stoyan had solved all my issues and went above and beyond to make sure the process wasn't overwhelming for me.
I just joined WPX today, and I'm already blown away by the level of customer care I just received.

This is THE best hosting company in existence. I don't mean to be rude, but tried with Godaddy and bluehost and one more I can't recall, and they all were typical experiences that kinda sucked. I'm new to WPX and not the most savvy with the backend of the web. The team at WPX has been amazing, answering questions, setting things up for me, providing knowledge base articles, and being thorough and not rushed when answering questions.

Today I was on the line with Martin, who helped set up an SSL certificate and a staging site, made sure I knew how to push changes, and ensured I had everything I needed.
