Once again, I find myself grateful for the excellent technical support service WPX offers. It vindicates my choice because my two top criteria are security and support.

WPX was easy from day 1, when they seamlessly moved my site from the old host to their servers with nothing more than my login details. They had it up and running quickly and immaculately.

Ever since, whenever I have had a problem with one of my WordPress sites, they have found it and fixed it. Often, these are not server issues,so it seems above and beyond.

Yet their pricing is comparable with the lower tier providers in terms of service. Not only do these guys know what they are doing, but they always give me the benefit of that knowledge, responding to a ticket within minutes.

As a very small business, with no tech support of my own, this is the best service choice I've made.

I'm always skeptical when it comes to perfect ratings and reviews, but in this case WPX Hosting actually IS THE REAL DEAL. I have never found better or faster service EVER. Product is stellar. Service is perfect
(Wait, what? Nothing is perfect, right?, well i guess nothing is, but WPX service makes me question that every time).

Seriously WPX is the best hosting you will find. I have been in Web Design business from last 10 years and have used over 10 different hosting companies but WPX has always been there when I needed. Any hosting can host your website no doubt, but they don't bother when you have a problem and that is when you need a reliable hosting support like WPX to have. Highly recommended.

- Competitive pricing. If you find better pricing for this level of quality, let me know.
- Great loading times. Better than my old, more expensive host.
- Full fledged user dashboard with all features that you could need. (Though it could use a design update)
- FANTASTIC 24/7 support that helps with big and small issues. Seriously, this is a big reason I am with them.

I have tried many hosting providers, but WPX is my go to for the foreseeable future.

I really appreciate 3 things about your service:

1. You keep giving us extra features and service improvements at no cost.

2. You have not increased pricing since I joined you, and

3. Customer service & tech support are amazingly fast and incredibly efficient.

That is like the holy grail of an excellent customer experience and I can honestly say I have never even considered looking at other hosts since joining WPX!

So far so amazing, just started but some sites are already migrated within an hour or two of starting the process, customer support is on any problem within minutes or even seconds, we shall see how the speed is but I am super confident these guys are going to be great.

This is the absolute best hosting company on the planet! Their support is the best of any company I've ever bought from. 24/7 they will help you and fix all the weird issues that come up when building a site. I am marketing on the internet since 2002 and did business with a ton of companies, but I never came across a company that delivered support as WPXhosting does.

These people never sleep I guess as they get back to you within minutes!
