Their support chat is next level

Their support chat is next level. Fastest I've ever experienced AND they are very competent (they never have to escalate cases). And that's compared to any live chat I've ever used, not just hosting companies.

I've been a customer with WPX since…

I've been a customer with WPX since 2021 and have always been blown away by their amazing support team. They've always been able to help me with any question, issue, or support needed. They are incredibly knowledgeable and handle the technical side with ease & kindness, putting myself at ease (because this part of running a website is not my forte). Today, Stoyan helped me with SEVERAL things I needed to have done. Stoyan's guidance and ability to take care of things kept me from being overwhelmed and lessened my stress. I love knowing I can trust it's done correctly with their help! I have greatly appreciated the entire support team all these years!

Georgi Jekov did a fantastic job…

Georgi Jekov did a fantastic job helping me stop a hacker. He thought through the issues and came up with a couple different solutions to fix the issues until Security can get to it on Monday. I really appreciate his efforts at stopping the hacker.

This is my 2nd review because WPX…

This is my 2nd review because WPX deserves. I have used WPX for more than 2 years for WordPress Hosting and domain management.
I have used their support Chat at least 20 times. I have never waited more than 1 minute and I have NEVER had an issue that they did not resolve, usually immediately.
These other services are good (GoDaddy & NameCheap), but over time, I have moved all my business to WPX.
I am not one to leave reviews, but time and time again, they EXCEED EXPECTATIONS.

After having tried every hosting…

After having tried every hosting company under the sun, I found these guys (WPX), and I cannot believe how much easier my life as a web developer and agency has become. Support are FANTASTIC!

Absolutely fantastic service! I have my domain name listed with another company and WPX redirected, helped with activating my website SSL certificate as well adding records to my hosting for Google workspace.

I used both the chat box and issued a support ticket. Both were quick and easy.

I knew absolutely nothing about site…

First day of using WPX and I knew absolutely nothing about site migration, or Wordpress hosting. Martin did offer to do it for me, he was also more than happy to assist me through the process of doing it myself. Thanks again Martin!

Very happy to be a WPX convert!

I've just had my site migrated to WPX and the support has been outstanding! They even took the time to set up my emails for me rather than pointing me to a guide on "how to".

Fast hosting and extremely reliable customer support

I've been using WPX for over 4 yrs for my main websites (5 website package) and honestly never gave me any reason for complaint.

Throughout these 4 years I've had some issues on my end (bugs, websites not loading, plugins interfering with each other, etc) and they ALWAYS helped me out or pointed me in the right direction.

I can't think of any real issues on their end, but no doubt they would solve these if they came up.

WPX customer service is unparalleled

WPX customer service is unparalleled. I've been with them for years and consistently - in a way that hardly seems possible in this age of AI and bots - they show up personally, taking time, being patient, and working out a lot of very complex tech stuff. It's one of the main reasons why I stay with them (on top of the fact that their hosting service is outstanding).

Georgi at WPX was quick and efficient

Georgi at WPX was quick and efficient. I needed assistance getting my Google Workspace connected to the domain that they host for me. He took the stress out of the situation. I am not a technical person at all. When I first got my domain and needed to connect a plugin, this team was extremely helpful. I am an affiliate for WPX and I am always super excited to promote their services, which I feel is Superior.

I've been with WPX for over 3 years…

I've been with WPX for over 3 years now, and at this point it's pretty much my favorite IT company. That hosting is super fast and glitch-free goes without saying. What really makes me like the company is how, whenever I have an issue, I can just click on the chat icon, and a real person is immediately there, understands my problem and provides a solution, usually within a few minutes. I've never experienced this kind of ease and efficiency at any other company. They also use part of the profits to run a dog shelter and adoption service... in case you thought it couldn't get any better.

I needed help with my staging site

I needed help with my staging site. It was down and not available, and I couldn't access it due to WordPress issues with a plugin. The site was also not secure.
Yoana was extremely helpful with this. They resolved the issue completely on the first interaction. Great customer support!

I absolutely love WPX

I absolutely love WPX. Every single time, I have ANY kind of issue with my websites, even if it's at my own doing, their support team quickly responds, explains the issues and my options, and fixes it for me. I can't say enough. They are such a game changer for someone with no website or technical knowledge. Today, Georgi Jekov saved my websites and alleviated a lot of stress in just a few minutes. I should have gone straight to WPX support to begin with.

Great provider!

I've been with WPX for several years and always found the service and support excellent. Never had any issues with them, and then when I did have an unrelated issue they actually helped walk me through it and figure out if WPX is involved. Stoyan from support was amazing!

5+ year customer; WPX is the best!

I've been with WPXHosting for about 5 years for all my websites. Not only are they blazing fast and reasonably priced, but the 24/7 live chat support is amazing. They've helped me with very technical questions many times, including times when I've messed up and temporarily bricked a website. Highly recommended.
