I'm new to WPX and not the most savvy with the backend of the web. The team at WPX has been amazing, answering questions, setting things up for me, providing knowledge base articles, and being thorough and not rushed when answering questions.

Today I was on the line with Martin, who helped set up an SSL certificate and a staging site, made sure I knew how to push changes, and ensured I had everything I needed.

Very satisfied customer even though I'm only a few days into my new service!

After using WPX Hosting for three years, I've decided to switch due to unresolved technical issues. Despite numerous attempts to fix problems with my website’s meta titles and descriptions not indexing, the support team repeatedly assured me that everything was fine, yet no resolution was ever achieved.

My plan was set to expire on November 9, but I switched to Siteground early due to their superior performance and customer service. Despite the early switch, WPX refused to refund the remaining months on my plan. This lack of flexibility and failure to acknowledge the service's shortcomings has been highly disappointing.

I cannot recommend WPX Hosting due to the significant negative impact on my business and the unhelpful customer support.

I've been with WPX since Sep 2022 and haven't once had a complaint. Support is extremely fast on the live chat.

I'm not very tech savvy with the connections and WPX support helps me get my domain up and running with all the right connections in place including email for the domain.

We have been with WPX since August 2019. Our experience with them has been fantastic.

We had other hosts in the past but upgraded to WPX for their speed due to their custom CDN service, and their great reviews. We have not been disappointed. Our speed did increase, and has remained that way, and the customer service has been phenomenal. Any time you reach out they are there on the chat instantly. The customer service team on chat are always knowledgeable, friendly and patient, and will solve your problem with you. Unless it is something out of their scope and they will let you know that at the beginning - then otherwise they will spend however long it takes with you to solve the issue, whatever it is. This, for us has been invaluable.

Overall, WPX delivers their promise on speed, security, backups, and other essential hosting features, and the customer support is fantastic. I have full confidence in recommending their service to anyone.

These guys are the best! I have, over the years, worked with all of the other hosting companies (literally - except maybe if they just started up). These guys blow them ALL out of the water. Quick service, going the extra mile to make sure everything is up and running. I have been with them for several years now and will only leave them if my heart stops. Or I retire.

I work with them since 5 years at this point. The help and speed they provide is absolutely the best of WPX, not only the tech is good and they use great servers, but they are amazing in helping and providing the best solution and direction.
Did a SEO migration with them today, almost everything was ready, but they did all of the extra steps for me and, it was flawless.

I was having a hard time configuring my wordpress and I made a hot mess of things. I reached out to WPX (Stoyan) team and they helped me by reinstalling wordpress and even adding more plugins to speed up loading time on my website. I can't say enough god things. And honestly, I feel less than smart when I deal with this stuff but they are so patient and kind in how they have supported me from the start. Again can't recommend them enough.
