The WPX support team is out of this world AMAZING! I don't know where I'd be without their help, patience, guidance, and reassurance. I am a newbie website designer and blogger. I have not build a new website in a couple of years, so I was doing my research on hosting platforms.
I read reviews on various sites and decided to to with WPX and am sooo glad I did.
The reasons were WPX's rave reviews for customer support, speed of site retrieval and overall how pleased the WPX customers' are with their 5 star ratings.
Their customer support is truly customer support.
Miroslav (the person who helped me) via chat was so helpful, attentive and clear during our conversation that I have much confidence that my sites will run smoothly and with speed. And of course I feel welcomed to chat again with customer support when the need arises.
Thank you, I think I made a wise decision.

Kosara went above and beyond the call of duty - answering all of my questions and completing all of the tasks necessary to place a new domain on my dashboard, set me up on Wordpress and monitor the progress of the propogation. WPX Hosting simply has the best Service and Support you could wish for. Not only their servers are super fast, but their Support Team is one of the finest in their field. Their response time is immediate (I can barely believe there is such a thing nowadays) and you can just skip all the frustrating wasted time "talking" to non-humans. Their Support is top-notch world-class, knowledgeable, and professional, with excellent customer service. I used their chat from inside my account to ask a few questions about how to connect my Office 365 email. All I wanted was a few pointers, yet their Support Engineer had done all this for me in just a few minutes before I could even copy-paste some instruction details into the chat. They are amazing! I am starting my first website and have had many challenges with technical details. Today I purchased a hosting package from WPX based on online reviews. I am honestly overwhelmed by the customer support. Georgi Jekov basically did all the work for me.. changed my DNS from GoDaddy to WPX (I'm new to this and had no idea how to do that), and then installed Wordpress to the site for me (also totally clueless about that.) He also sent links to helpful articles in case I need to do it again and/or want to learn to do it on my own. While I was waiting, I perused the WPX website and discovered that they are using profits to create and operate an amazing dog rescue in Bulgaria. So not only an amazing product and world-class customer service but also giving back so much. The world needs more companies like this. ;-)
