Library Mode (ライブラリーモード, Raiburarī Mōdo?), or GG World, is one of the game modes in the Guilty Gear series. It explains terminology and history found in the games and supplemental materials such as the manga, novels, short stories and drama CDs.

Overview[]

Although this mode would be properly featured for the first time in Guilty Gear Xrd -Sign-, the Lore sub-menu from Guilty Gear 2 -Overture- was a precursor. Through it, players could read the profiles of all playable characters, a few supporting ones, and important concepts and events related to Campaign Mode.

From Sign onwards, this mode is related to Story Mode.
