Vivie Steinbeck is a deceased Free States supply runner whose corpse could be found in the Watoga Emergency Services lobby. She was removed from the game with patch 1.5.1.26.
Background[]
Vivie worked closely with Abigayle Singh, bringing her supplies that she needed. Her last run was into Watoga, where she was killed while looking for stimpaks, antibiotics, fuses, circuitry, and batteries for Abbie.[1]
