Rover is an Eyebot encountered in Appalachia during the Always Vigilant event quest.

Background[]

Rover is an automated repair bot created by Niraj and Abigayle Singh to monitor and maintain the Scorched Detection System. The Eyebot has Niraj's voice. It has no defenses and needs to be guarded while it conducts its repairs.

Other interactions[]

Rover is only found at one of the several relay towers that can be used to call in supply drops with the US government supply requisition holotapes. It is normally dormant in its recharging pod until the Always Vigilant quest is triggered, at which point it will be facing the Scorched detection system terminal on the outside wall of the building, where it has to be fixed to begin its work. However, it is constantly under threat and has to be protected until it finishes its repair work, and repaired if disabled by enemy fire. Once it finishes its repair work or is not repaired in time, it retreats back to its recharging pod until the quest is active again.
